Because many of our items are digital downloads, personalized offerings, or limited-run products, please read our policy carefully.
Physical Products (Books, Merch, Limited Editions)
Returns & Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to replace it. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number.
We do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse.
Shipping Errors
If we made an error in your order, we’ll correct it right away at no additional cost.
Digital Products (Courses, Workbooks, Meditations)
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been delivered. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Coaching & Breakthrough Sessions
We do not offer refunds on coaching sessions or breakthrough intensives. If you need to reschedule, you may do so with at least 48 hours' notice. No-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable. We do offer a 100% guarantee you will experience change — contact us to learn more.
