These terms are the agreement between you and Judy Tsuei, LLC (“Judy,” “we,” or “us”) for your Coach in Your Pocket membership. By paying, you agree to these terms electronically, the same as if you had signed them. Please read them before you join.

1. What Coach in Your Pocket is
Coach in Your Pocket is a monthly membership in a small WhatsApp group with Judy Tsuei, with no more than five members per group. When something comes up, you send a voice memo or message, and Judy replies within 24 hours. It is a way to experience the work in real time. It does not include scheduled one-on-one sessions.

Judy draws from methods including Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Mental and Emotional Release®, hypnosis, and nervous system regulation techniques. For deeper processing, Judy may suggest other ways to work together.

2. Coaching, not therapy
Coaching is not medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. Judy is not a licensed doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist, or therapist, and nothing in this membership is medical or mental health care.

By joining, you confirm you are taking part in a self-responsible way and are emotionally and psychologically ready to participate. You agree to seek licensed care when you need it. This group is not for emergencies. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) or call 911.

3. Membership, billing, and automatic renewal

• Your membership costs $197 per month.

• You are charged $197 when you join, and again on the same date each month.

• Your membership renews automatically every month at $197 until you cancel.

• Cancel anytime by emailing hello@judytsuei.com. Cancelling stops all future charges.

• When you cancel, you keep access through the end of the month you have already paid for.

• Monthly payments are non-refundable.

• If the price ever changes, we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you can cancel before then.

4. Response times and boundaries
Judy replies within 24 hours. Keep your memos focused so each one gets real attention. If Judy will be away, she will let the group know ahead of time. WhatsApp support is for catching and shifting patterns as they come up, and for short questions.

5. Group confidentiality and conduct
This group works because everyone in it feels safe. By joining, you agree to:

• Keep everything other members share confidential, inside and outside the group.

• Never screenshot, record, forward, or share anything from the group.

• Treat every member with respect.

WhatsApp may show your phone number to other group members.

Judy may remove anyone who breaks these terms. If you are removed, your membership ends and you will not be charged again.

6. Your responsibility
Results depend on your participation, practice, and personal responsibility. No specific outcomes are guaranteed. The goal of this work is more clarity, autonomy, and self-leadership, not dependence on Judy for decisions.

7. Privacy
Judy keeps what you share with her confidential. She won’t share it without your written consent, except where the law requires it, including risk of harm to yourself or others.

Coaching is not covered by HIPAA. Messaging apps like WhatsApp and email cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure, and by joining you agree to their use. Team members who help with billing or logistics may have limited access and are bound by confidentiality.

8. Intellectual property
All tools, frameworks, and materials shared in the group belong to Judy Tsuei, LLC. They may not be copied, recorded, distributed, or taught without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability
Judy Tsuei, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your participation. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for your membership.

10. Ending the membership
You may cancel at any time, as described in Section 3. Judy may pause or end your membership if boundaries are crossed, trust is broken, or you need support outside her scope of practice. If Judy believes you would be better served by licensed care, she may refer you to it. If Judy ends your membership for reasons other than a breach of these terms, you will not be charged again.

Judy is not responsible for delays in replies caused by circumstances beyond her reasonable control, such as illness, travel disruption, or acts of nature.

11. Changes and entire agreement
We may update these terms. If a change affects your membership, we will email you before it takes effect. These terms are the entire agreement between you and Judy Tsuei, LLC for Coach in Your Pocket.
